Sure tips don't exist, thus we don't provide sure tips. Everything in betting comes with a given uncertainty and it is very important to know this. The best one can do is to try to assign a probability to the predictions which signals the rate of uncertainty.
100% success rate
No one can provide you 100% success rate. We cannot either.
As with sure tips, 100% success rate cannot be achieved. It is possible to achieve a very high success rate, like 80 or even 90%, however the number of high probability matches with good odds is very low.
